A preferred notice period of two to four weeks allows for complete preparation and planning (naturally, immigration services require a longer notice period dependent on the destination). Nevertheless, we take on short or no notice cases whenever required and will always do so to the best of our abilities, endeavouring to comply with your deadlines.
Your only responsibility rests with providing clear authorisation and information to Elliott Relocations (ER), with clarification and application of policy where required. The same applies to one-off solutions and policy enhancements should special cases or policy issues arise.
Most of the specialists we rely on (lawyers, property rental specialists, education specialists, schools, banks, etc.) do not operate on a 24-hour basis. However we offer 24/7 access so that you can communicate any urgent or emergency requests out of the many hours.
