My wife and I captured an online request for a in-person assessment from three of the top moving companies including Elliot. Of the three only Elliot contacted us. We were contacted by a sales executive named Justine who was absolutely on top of everything during the entire quoting process. She can put very quickly to assess our house. She was incredibly thorough with her measurements and estimates of the volume of our content that we intend on shipping. She followed up regularly at a respectable interval and went out of her way to try to try and land our business. Justine helped us back and forth with trying to reduce the shipping costs as well as the insurance rates. I can highly recommend Justine's service and professionalism. If you are in the Johannesburg area and Justine ends up as you sales executive through Elliot's, you will be in very good hands.
